Terms of sale

These terms apply to a paid account on VeganPlan. By paying you agree to them.

Who

What you buy

An account for one year: your preferences, favourites, ratings, plans and own recipes on all your devices, and your ratings count in the shared scores. The free basis of the site keeps working without an account.

Price and payment

One year costs 10,00 euro, including 21% VAT. You pay in advance through Mollie (Bancontact, card and other methods). After payment you receive an invoice by e-mail and your account is active right away.

Duration and renewal

The account is active for one year from the payment. It does not renew automatically: you decide whether to extend, and extending adds a year to your end date. After the year your data stays on the server and the site keeps working on your device.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Because the account starts immediately after payment, we ask for your express consent to start right away when you pay; by doing so you waive the cooling-off period. If you prefer to keep it, do not pay right away and contact us.

Refunds

You can always delete your account yourself on My account; the paid period is then not refunded.

Applicable law and disputes

Belgian law applies. In case of a dispute we first look for a solution together. If that fails, you can turn to the Belgian Consumer Ombudsman Service (consumerombudsman.be) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr), and otherwise to the courts of the seller's registered office.
